Early C19 town house. Three storeys. Double fronted with 4 windows. Hipped slate
roof with projecting eaves. Multi-coloured stock brick with slightly recessed end
bays. Plain 1st floor sill band. Gauged, segmental red brick arches to recessed
sash windows with glazing bars; 1st floor windows with keys, round-arched central
window (formerly blocked) with imposts; round-arched ground floor windows with
keys and imposts. Entrance (moved from 2nd bay for west) with round-arched doorway,
key, radial fanlight and panelled door. The 1768 Willis map does not show this
building, which appears to have been built in the forecourt of an older house, now
demolished. The house is marked on the 1837 map.
