House, now shop and office. Late C18, altered mid C19.
Sandstone ashlar with slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys
and 4 bays. The ground floor is now occupied by a shop front
which has a timber fascia which extends over a yard entrance
in the left-hand bay and which has a dentilled cornice. The
upper windows have architraves and glazing bar sashes. Above
is a cornice gutter. Chimneys on gables, which are coped.
