Cottage and adjoining stable and carriage house. Late C18 and
early C19, with late C19 alterations. Brick with plain tile
and pantile roofs. Whitewashed cottage has cogged eaves,
segment headed openings, single gable and single side wall
stacks. 2 storeys; 2 window range. Front has 2 plain sashes on
each floor. Right gable has addition to right containing door.
2 storey stable range, to left, has a coped gable and a hipped
addition to left again. Front has an external brick stair to
the right, leading to a plank door. To its left, a 2-light
casement. Carriage house has an off-centre passageway. Rear
has 3 pairs of carriage doors, those to left of the passageway
with segmental heads.
