Probably early C19. Stuccoed and painted stone rubble. 2 hipped cement
washed slate roofs. 2 storeys. 2 windows facing harbour, sashes without
glazing bars, hipped roofed single storeyed splayed bay. Side elevation
has door and horizontal sliding sash with glazing bars. Including low
stone rubble walls immediately to the north, probably C18. Included for
group value.

All the listed buildings in Polkerris form a good village group.
