Probably early C19. Stone rubble with granite quoins and lintels. South
west elevation facing harbour, 2 storeys, 2 windows, sashes, some with
glazing bars, wide (blocked) opening at centre with granite lintel and
keyblock. Hipped cement washed slate roof. Included for group value.

All the listed buildings in Polkerris form a good village group.
