Late C18. Roughcast stone rubble. 2 storeys. 5 windows, sashes with
glazing bars (mostly renewed frames). 2 storey splayed bay on right.
Large modern glazed porch to central doorway, wide door of 6 panels.
End wall facing road has 2-light sashes with glazing bars, segmental arches
with keyblocks. Projecting wing on left. Slate hipped roof.

All the listed buildings in Higher Porthpean form a village group.
