No 7. Early C19 house of 4 storeys and sunk basement, 3 windows. Multicoloured
stock brick with parapet concealing roof, Banded rusticated stucco ground floor.
Gauged brick arches to recessed, renewed sash windows in stucco-lined reveals,
flat except for round arched window at And floor right. 3-storey, 1-window
projecting right section with heavy stucco cornice at 2nd floor level. In this
projection a modernised double door, with side lights and segmental fanlight,
up flight of 5 steps.
No 8. 4 storeys and sunk basement, 3 windows. Multicoloured stock brick with
parapet concealing roof. Gauged, flat brick arches to recessed, renewed sash
windows in stucco-lined reveals. At left 4 steps to modernised door in heavy
prostyle Doric porch.

Nos 7 and 8 form a group with No 6 and No 2 West Grove.
