House. Circa 1840s. Rendered and stuccoed. Slate roof with hipped ends. Rendered
brick end stacks.
Plan: Overall 'L' shaped plan of double depth arrangement and service wing of 1-room
plan to front right. Entrance in angle between main range and front wing. The 2
reception rooms overlook the garden on the south and the entrance, on the north leads
into an entrance hall with stair on right, lit by a stair-window in the right hand
side elevation.
Exterior: 2 storeys. North elevation has incised pilaster strips and moulded string
course. The original 12-pane sashes have moulded architraves and are arranged with a
1:2 window front. C20 porch in angle of main range and front wing with 12-pane
sashes to right and left on the ground and first floor. 2 sashes on first floor of
front wing.
Interior: Complete with original carpentry and joinery.
