Probably C17 or early C18 altered, 3 storey, 2 2nd floor casement windows, wide altered multi-light casement at 1st floor with canted end, lights. Rendered and painted. Entrance left and 3 casements with glazing bars at ground floor. Interior: stone fireplace low ceilings.

End House, The Dower House (formerly Alpha House), Ferry View, Nos 46 to 48 (consec) and Cliff Cottage form a group.
