Former look-out tower
incorporated with
Tower House at corner
of Newton Road

Believed to be circa 1795, altered, 2 storey, stone, semi-circular central
arched niche with entrance door inserted, circular staircase projection
at south corner. Slightly projecting parapet and castellations with slate
slab copes. Lower floor below present road level. Original stone stair
rises in higher circular turret, also castellated.
