Terrace house. c.1737 with some early to mid C.19 alteration. Brown
brick, slate roof, 4 storeys (attic storey added) and basement. 3 windows
wide. Doorway to right in stucco surround with panelled door and fanlight.
Recessed sash windows under flat gauged arches, those on 1st floor in
stucco surrounds. Plat band below and cornice above 2nd floor. Parapet
with coping. Cast iron area railings. Fine interior features including
cut string turned baluster staircase, panelling to passage-hall, stairwell
and main rooms with moulded cornices, chimneypieces with overmantels etc..
