Shop and dwelling, now shop. c.1870-80. Stucco, with raised quoins and storey
band, over brick; hipped Welsh slate roof; brick end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2
storeys and attic; 3-window range. C20 door with overlight and bracketed flat
hood left of centre. Three late C19 cast-iron shop windows have leaf capitals to
elaborate shafts entwined with foliage, and moulded cornices with friezes of
diamond patterns with leaves and rosettes. Shafts of window to left have been
removed. First-floor tripartite plate-glass sashes set in moulded architraves.
Bracketed eaves; 3 hipped roof dormers with C20 casements and slate-hung cheeks.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
