House. Late Cl7, with later alterations. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled
concrete tile roof; stone left end stack and brick right end stack, 3-unit plan.
2 storeys 5-window range. Mid C19 four-panelled door set in moulded wood
architrave with console-brackets to flat hood. Chamfered timber lintels over mid
C19 tripartite and 2-pane sashes, and C20 casements to left. 3 late C19 gabled
roof dormers. Entry in late C19 rear left wing to No.12A. Interior not inspected
but likely to be of interest.
