House and attached outbuildings and dwellings, now shop and 4 dwellings.
Mid/late C17. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; end stacks of
stone finished in brick. U-plan with rear wings. 2 storeys and attic; 7-window
range. Timber lintel over central carriage-entry. Timber lintels over all other
openings. C20 door and window; C19 three-light casement above through-entry, and
Cl9 six-pane sashes to left. Blocked door with fanlight to left set in moulded
wood architrave with bracketed flat hood. 2 gabled roof dormers. Rear: gabled
stair turret. Early C18 two-storey range to rear left of similar materials with
ridge stack of stone finished in brick. Mid C18 range of similar materials to
rear right: 2-storey, 4-window range has C20 doors and windows. Truncated early
C17 range has C20 doors and windows. Early C17 range to rear right of similar
materials and one storey and attic; 2-window range. Interior: stop-chamfered
beams. Quarter-turn stairs with winders to right. Noted as having collar-truss
roof. Partial inspection only. Interior of rear wings not inspected.
