14/13 The Old Nurseries

House, and pump. Probably early C18, altered mid-C19 and early
C20. Timber frame, roughcast (weatherboarding survives in
conservatory on W side), machine tile roof. 2 storeys, attic and
cellar. Facing S at entrance to village is symmetrical elevation
of later C18. Projecting square porch and Ground floor canted
bay windows of 6/6 centres and 2/2 sides, all with early C20
dentil cornice. 2 1st floor 6/6 sash windows. Gabled W
elevation and twin gabled N elevation with mid-C19 bargeboards
and small pane casements. Prominent chimneys with dentil
cornices and tiled tops. Cast iron pump in S garden.
