Late C18/early C19. 2 storey stucco cottage raised up on plinth. Gable
end plain tile roof, slightly coved stucco eaves cornice. Symmetrical
3 window front, centre blind 1st floor. Recessed sashes, glazing bars
intact. Later C19 centred door, rectangular fanlight. 3 steps up.

The Old Clock House, Red Lion Inn, Sidbury Post Office, School House, Oak
Cottage, Royal Oak Inn and Nos 103 to 106 (consec) form a group.
