School. 1891-2 by Alfred Waterhouse with mid C20 addition. Red brick with Bath stone dressings, plinth; coped parapeted gable ends with footstones and kneelers. Old tile roof with moulded octagonal end stack to west and tile hung bellcote on ridge to north with tiled cap and lead finial. C20 flat topped semi dormer to south-west and gabled dormer to south in east wing. T-plan. One storey, and one storey and attic to east. Large 12-light mullioned and transomed window to south with straight hoodmould and pieced stone in gable end above. Inscription below window reads "In memory of Alfred Maurice Waterhouse". Caernarvon arched doorway with boarded door to left. Two 6-light mullioned and transomed windows with straight hoodmoulds flanking stack in gable end to west. Two-light window with boarded door to left to south in eastern wing.
