SY 4889 BURTON BRADSTOCK MILL STREET,
North Side

8/114 The Old Mill House

GV II

Detached former mill-house, now residence. Late C18. Rubble stone
walls. Concrete tile roofs with stone gable-copings. Rebuilt
brick stacks at each gable. Front range, with short rear wing.
2 storeys. 3 windows, 3-light and 2-light wooden casements with
horizontal glazing-bars. Wooden cills and lintels. Plank door at
centre, with wooden frames.

The house was the foreman's house for Richard Robert's spinning mill,
immediately to the south, 1780's-l790's.
