Detached house, formerly 2 cottages. Late C18. Flint rubble and dressed
stone walls, brick quoins and dressings, slightly projecting plinth. Thatch
roof, hipped at both ends and carried over the outbuildings. Two brick stack,
each at a hip apex. 1½ storeys, 3 windows, 3-light wooden casements to ground
floor, C20. 2-, 4- and 2-light to first floor. Front door at centre, with
glazed upper half, C20. Brick jambs, C20. Thatch porch canopy over, carried
on wooden posts.
