Parish Church. C15 chancel-arch and south arcade. West Tower rebuilt in
1695 by Robert Browne, who later added north aisle and vestry. Chancel rebuilt
in 1747-8. Extensive restorations and rebuildings in C19, chancel was rebuilt
in 1862, south aisle in 1871, north arcade in 1873-9, when aisle reconditioned
and the parapet added. B. Ferrey, the architect of some of this work. Porch
and vestry, C19. Local rubble walls with freestone dressings, brick south aisle.
