Pair of Cottages. Early C19, with probably earlier core. Flint and stone
banded walls. Thatch roof (no. 31), hipped at right hand end. Concrete tile
roof, (no. 32) with a gable-end at left hand end. Large brick stack at party
wall, early C19. 2 and 1½ storeys. 2(31) and 3(32) windows. No. 31: 2-light
iron casements with lead lights, wood cills and lintels. No.32, 2- and 3-light
wooden casements, with brick dressings, wood cills and lintels. No.32 has
gabled dormers with moulded barge-boards and strutting. Front doors: no.31
at right front, plank with one glass light, C20. Plank porch with clay tile
roof. No.32, door on left hand end wall, plank with one glass light, C19.
