Mid or late C19. Ashlar. Hipped slate roof. 3 storeys. Stone brackets to
gutter. Continuous sill bands. Continuous imposts to 1st floor. 6 ranges
of casements, segment-headed on 2nd floor, round-arched on 1st floor, grouped
in pairs, each 1st floor pair separated by a broad pier with moulded impost
and plinth. Ground floor has modern shop. Zetland Street elevation is a
simplified version of the former, in hammer-dressed stone, with 10 casements.
