House. Circa early C19. Whitewashed rendered cob with hipped slate roof and
projecting end stacks.
Double depth plan, 2-rooms wide with a central passage, C20 rear addition under a
slate lean-to roof.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front with a central front door under a C20 gabled
timber porch carried on posts. 2-light casements, 8 panes per light.
The house forms a group with the mill building to the south east.
