SK 80 SW BELTON IN RUTLAND NEW ROAD (west side)

House, probably early C18. Render over stone or brick, with Welsh slate
roof to front, stone tiles to rear. Gable on to street. Two storeys, 2 unit
plan with doorway to left in modern porch, and 2 16-light sash windows right
of it. The upper windows are also 16-light sashes, but are not in line with
the lower openings. Stone coped gables, central stack. Side elevation and
rear have plinth and string course. Spine beam within.
