House, probably C18. Coursed rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 unit plan with doorway to left of elevation in a rough stone architrave and with a chamfered timber lintel. Right of the door, 2 3-light casement windows in a C19 style, and between them a C20 door, replacing a single light window. All these have flat timber lintels. Upper casements are similar. Brick stack on right hand coped gable. 3 late C20 gabled dormer windows wholly in the roof space.
