SU 6471 THEALE CHURCH STREET (north side)

7/10 No. 4 And The Crown Inn

G.V. II

House and Inn. Cl7 with mid C18 addition. Rendered timber frame to left at
rear, rendered brick to front, and old tile roof, nipped to left and half
hipped to right. Gabled wing to left at rear. 2 storeys. Plinth, rusticated
quoins, plat band, dentil brick eaves cornice, and 3 ridge stacks, in centre and
off-centre to left and right. Glazing bar sashes with exposed wooden boxes. 5
first floor windows with 4 alternating blind windows, 5 ground floor windows, 3
to right with boarded shutters, and blind window between first and second from
left. C20 boarded door between second and third windows from right, and C20
half glazed door to far right.
