7.8.52 formerly Ashford Cottage.

Two attached cottages. Later C18. Coursed lias stone rubble walls. Thatch
roof with gable ends. 3 brick stacks: one at left hand gable, one at right
hand gable, one at party wall. 2 storeys. 5 windows, wooden casements of 2
and 3 lights. Voussoirs over windows. Front door, at centre of No 1, wood
panelled with 2 top lights. Reveals are also panelled. C18. No 2: front
door at left, wood C20 with 2 glass.panels in top half. Outshut at rear.
