SY 49 NE NETHERBURY MELPLASH

7/136 Melplash Farmhouse

Detached Farmhouse. C18, or earlier core with much refenestration.
Cl9 wing at right angles. Dressed stone walls. Thatch roof with
block ridging. Brick stacks at west gable, on west ridge. C18 stone
stack on south gable end. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 3-light wood-
framed casements (iron with lead lights) Cl9. Wooden cills. One
2-light stone mullion with hollow chamfers and a separate label over.
2 windows in the west wing, without leading. Front door in the angle,
plank and muntin with glass lights, C20. Door in west range, south
wall, plank, C19.
