Early C19 with alterations. Painted brick; Two storeys. Gables end to road; one modern casement window with cambered head. Front, to left, has one sash window (single glazing bars). Attached on left is a cottage (perhaps late C18 in origin) which is now incorporated. This has two modern casements and plain doorway. Plain eaves; modern tiles.

Included for group value.

Nos 1, 3 and Church Farmhouse form a group with Elm Cottage Elvaston Lane.
