Pair of cottages, mid C19. Coursed rubble, hipped tiled roof with central
brick stack. 2 storeys, 4 window range. Marula has 3-light C20 metal
casements with horizontal glazing bars in enlarged openings. Gabled porch
and part-glazed door. No 601 has 2 light casements, that on the ground
floor having glazing bars. Part of a group of similar estate cottages.
