Detached house. 1858. Hammer dressed stone. Ashlar frontage. Rusticated quoins.
Ashlar plinth. Hipped stone slate roof. Moulded eaves cornice with blocking course.
Two storeys. Three bay symmetrical facade. Central doorway with stone steps, ashlar
surround and semi-circular fanlight. Open stone porch with simple Doric columns and
pilasters supporting canopy with full entablature and blocking course. Ground floor
windows have moulded surrounds and canopy on carved consoles. Upper floor windows
have moulded surround and marbled sill supported on carved brackets. On left side is
canted bay with parapet and 2 single lights with ashlar surround, round arch, keystone
and impost blocks.
