GV II

Walls and gate piers. C18. Limestone ashlar and rubble with stone dressings. 2 walls,
each in an arc about 4 metres long and about 2 metres high, ashlar front and rubble
rear with stone coping, plain square terminal piers about 2 metres high with cornice
and shaped top; 2 central piers, square, with cornice and large ball finial on stem,
stone scroll in angle between outer side of pier and top of wall; only pintles remaining
from former gates.
