Circa 1840. Former Diocesan School. Brick with stone dressings; two storeys; two two-light stone mullioned windows, those to ground storey with transoms; five-light stone mullioned and transomed oriel window on splayed angle, having geometrical pattern iron lights, gable above with clock and obelisk finial; doorway in moulded surround, pointed arched head, hood mould carried across as band, and eight-panelled divided door; stone eaves cornice, coped parapet and gable. Five-windowed return side to Vernon Street.
