C17 or C18. Rubble. Massive quoins. Pitched stone slate roof. North East eleva-
tion: Large doorway with massive millstone grit quoins and lintel. Lintel is
supported on projecting rounded corbels. Two small doorways with massive millstone
grit quoins and lintels. Extension with catslide roof. South East elevation:
Small doorway, as above (part blocked). South West elevation: Former large doorway
as above (now blocked).
