Late C18/early C19 with C19 addition. Farmhouse. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins.
Painted. Pitched stone slate roof (bitumen covered). Coped gables. Large moulded
footstones. 2 storeys. South East elevation: Ground floor; Doorway with large
lintel and stone surround. One 5-light stone mullioned window. First floor;
Two 3-light stone mullioned windows. North East elevation: Lean-to extension.
North West elevation: One 2-light stone mullioned window to each floor. Lean-
to extension with stone slate catslide roof has two 2-light stone mullioned
windows and one single light on south west side.
