C18 brick house with early C19 and later additions, (painted). The main
block has a parapet with a raised brick band on the east front, and an early
C19 block was built out on the south and west with 2 large bows on the south.
The main block is 2 storeys and attics. Five window range, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. There is a Tuscan portico
at the south end, with plain columns and a cornice. Roof tiled, with 3
hipped dormers. The early C19 block has a parapet with a brick dentilled
cornice. Two storeys. A moulded brick band extends between the storeys.
Each bow has 3 window range and there is 3 window range on the west front,
double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. There are later
additions at the north end.
