House, originally a toll-house. Similar in type to the toll-house in Petersfield
Road, Midhurst (11/45), qv. Early C19. Single-storeyed building. Faced with
coursed sandstone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. Segmental bay
in centre of front. Casement windows. Three windows.
