Part of a circa 1840 terrace. Three storeys and basement, stucco faced.
Slate roofs hidden by parapet and cornice. The houses are alternatively
recessed. Two windows each on second floor, recessed, sash, later
glazing bars, block sills. One window each first floor: tripartite with,
sash, later glazing bars. Doric pilasters between lights and flanking
stepped frieze, projecting cornice. Stucco shaped brackets to
balconies, mid C19 cast iron balustrades. Ground floor round headed
recessed sash windows later glazing bars, block sill. Recessed doors,
of four moulded panels, semi circular fanlights. No 8 door has flanking
Doric pilasters and moulded arch over.

Nos 5 to 22 (consec) form a group.
