Circa 1820. Three storeys stucco faced. Low pitch hipped slate roof
rising to flat terrace surrounded by iron railing with a lantern in the
centre. Moulded eaves cornice. Stucco bows of two windows to ground
and first floor with cornices and iron balconies over, one window between
them on first floor and three windows to second floor. All windows are
recessed, sash, glazing bars intact, block sills. Central doorway with
engaged Tuscan columns. To the South is an annexe, originally a separate
building, which breaks forward slightly. Two storeys, painted brick.
Cornice and parapet with large open work iron crown in the centre of it.
Three windows first floor. Large plate glass window to ground floor.
