2 buildings, with lower right wing originally part of No.27
(qv). House, now ground floor shop, with flat (No.25A) above.
C17, with C18 and C19 alterations. Timber-framed, left hand
block 3 storeys, stucco with masonry lining, moulded cornice
and parapet concealing Welsh slated roof. Early C19 refronting
with plat bands at floor levels, 2 sashes with glazing bars,
triple-light on first floor, single-light on second floor all
set in reveals. Right hand wing 2 storeys, timber-framed and
stucco faced, eaves cornice on consoles, old tiled roof with
Welsh slate edging. First floor sash window with glazing bars,
set in reveal. Ground floor has much altered C19 shopfront
projecting forward of main block of building, and recessed
below jetty at right. At extreme right is entrance to No.25A,
the flat on 2 upper floors. Rear elevation has painted
weatherboarded upper floors, with projecting double-sashed
oriel on second floor beneath Welsh slated roof. Rear
outshoot, part timber-framed with old tiled roof, and Welsh
slated lean-to.
