Commercial premises, with living accommodation above, now
offices. Mid C19. Stucco over brickwork, Welsh slated roof.
3 storeys. First floor has 2 sash windows with divided
glazing, with panelled surrounds, with paterae, and projecting
moulded cornices; second floor has 2 lower sash windows with
panelled surrounds. Panelled pilasters at left and right ends,
with Corinthian capitals. Cavetto moulded eaves cornice.
Ground floor has elaborate C19 shopfront, contained by stucco
pilasters at side, each surmounted by foliated capitals, and
coved console brackets, with upper part forming base for
pilasters at side of first and second floors. Modern brick
stallrisers, shopfront, and left hand side entrance door,
framed by reeded pilasters, with moulded cills, with cornices.
Fascia surmounted by dentil frieze and moulded cornice.
Recessed central modern entrance door, left hand door to
offices above. Rear elevation faces East Street. 3 storeys.
C20 brick infill on ground floor, stucco above, with 3 C20
sash windows on first and second floors.
