Small country house in grounds. Dated 1856, originally named
Ross Villa as indicated by date plaque on front elevation.
Yellow brick, Welsh slated, hipped roof. 2 storeys and attics,
eaves cornice. 6 sash windows with glazing bars, flat arches
first floor reveals, ground floor windows flush set in moulded
frames, one storey later bay casement window. Stucco Doric
closed porch with pilasters, frieze, cornice, blocking course,
4 panel door.
