House. 1830's. Brick with stone dressings, hipped slate
roof. 3-storeys with basement, 4 bays. 1st floor sill
band; top frieze, cornice and blocking course. Windows have
wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars, those to 1st
bay are blind. Round-headed entrance has doorcase with
panelled pilasters and 6-panel door. Iron railings to area
and steps have decorative heads. 2-bay return to Hope
Street.
