House. 1820s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. Two storeys with basement, three bays. Basement lintel band; first floor sill band; top frieze and cornice, and blocking course slightly raised over central bay. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, no glazing bars. Central entrance has Ionic porch, and paired three-panel doors; window above has architrave, frieze and cornice. Plain iron railings to area and steps.
