Farmhouse with attached front garden wall and attached barn
and shippons. House dated 'WBM 1728'. Scored stucco over red
sandstone, graduated slate roof; outbuildings exposed rubble.
House has 2 storeys and 2 windows to 1st floor; barn under
same roofline on left has shippons beneath left end given
access by falling ground level. House: central part-glazed
door in cemented surround under moulded sandstone slab on
shaped brackets. Projecting sills to 4-pane sashes; date
plaque over door. End stacks. Front garden wall encloses
rectangle and has ashlar corner piers, copings and shaped
gateposts. Barn: large opening near house has quoins and C20
garage doors beneath blind panel and wooden lintel. Shippons
set down on left have altered doorway and window both with
segmental arches. Left end of barn roof has kneelers and gable
copings.
