TQ 2781 NE and SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER BLANDFORD STREET, W1 43/103 ;54/ 6 Nos. 100 to 106 (even) G.V. II

Terraced houses. c.1800, as part of the Gloucester Place development. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor; concealed slate roofs. 4 storeys and basement. 2-window wide fronts. Semicircular arched doorway to right, with stucco architrave surrounds except for No. 102; panelled doors, reeded heads and fanlights, that of No. 102 with radial glazing pattern. Recessed sashes, on upper floors under flat gauged red brick arches. Narrow stucco plat band finishing off ground floor. Crowning stucco cornice and blocking course. Nos. 100-104 have original geometric patterned cast and wrought iron balconettes while No. 106 has similar full width balcony. Cast iron spear head area railings with urn finials.
