Estate offices, No.12, dwellings and workshops. Early C19 with
later additions. Brick, rear of coursed stone rubble; plain
tile roof with coped gable parapets; brick ridge stacks.
2-storeys; scattered fenestration, with, to left, 2-light
stone mullion casements in stone cases, over similar 2 and
3-light windows; workshop windows; timber-storage bay; blocked
openings. C20 alterations to ground floor. Late C19 projecting
gable wing to right. Rear: various 2-light stone mullioned
casements; cart shed under gated timber store; C20
fenestration to left.
