Also known as: Tildesley's ELMERS GREEN LANE.
Farmhouse, now house. Dated 1713 at 1st floor; extended and
altered. Coursed sandstone rubble, stone slate roof.
Transitional double-depth 2-unit plan. Two low storeys and 2
windows, almost symmetrical; with a 1st-floor band and gabled
half-dormers; doorway offset to right with thin lintel and
board door; enlarged square windows at ground floor,
vertical-rectangular windows above, and a square datestone
above the door with raised lettering: T/E H/1713. Ridge
chimney in centre of roof. Roof carried down to single storey
at rear.
