Early C19. Granite rubble end to road stuccoed. Slate roof with gabled and
hipped ends. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Sashes without glazing bars. Ground floor
one large modern fixed-light window. Modern glazed door. Included for group

Fern Cottage Loon-Bennett and The Wheel House form a group.
