Early C19. Tall narrow house. Granite rubble. Slurried slate hipped roof, wide eaves with pendants in diamond panels to eaves soffit. 3 storeys. One window. Sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor horizontal sliding sash. Passageway on right. Included for group value.

All the listed buildings on West Side form a group with Nos 8 and 10, Virgin Place.
